Greg Arbitman
Prior to founding ReCareer in 1999, Greg Arbitman honed his skills in the general staffing agency world. He gained extensive hands-on experience from working with thousands of job seekers and a variety of organizations in both Canada and the United States. His natural intuition, combined with his exposure to all levels of job seekers and decisions makers, has ensured that Greg has been a valuable partner in the Human Capital landscape throughout the past decade.
Greg has over 10 years experience in recruiting and human resources, as well as extensive experience in sales, finance and technology. This asset has added tremendous value to Greg’s clients and job seekers.
His ability to understand the unique needs of each client and his excellent customer service has been instrumental in Greg’s success. His exposure to small owner operated enterprises as well as large multi-national corporations has enhanced Greg’s ability to intimately understand the intricacies of varying corporate cultures.
Greg has engaged in extensive sales training, which, when combined with his intimate knowledge of the hiring landscape, has contributed to ReCareer’s success.
Greg received a degree in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario, as well as a postgraduate degree in Communications from Ryerson University.
James Mark
Graduating with an Honours BA from York University, Jim has worked across a diverse range of industry sectors and has gained a solid understanding and appreciation for the subtle cultural variances and work dynamics that are specific to individual businesses. Jim understands that within the competitive landscape, simply meeting the core requirements is just the bare minimum in finding a dynamic and successful fit for all parties. Jim has extensive hiring experience in financial services, marketing and research as well as various niche markets, both small and large.
Jim also holds a post graduate degree in Communications from Ryerson University.
Sari Cornfield
Sari graduated from Carleton University with a double major in Sociology and Anthropology. Her keen interest in the unique combination of business and people led her to pursue a career in Human Resources. After obtaining her certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, Sari went on to gain experience in various HR related areas including Benefits, Compensation and Recruitment at Proctor & Gamble, Sprint Canada and Cossette Communication Group, where Sari led the recruitment process for positions at all levels in Account Services, Graphic Design, Production, Interactive, Research and Administration. Sari has conducted hundreds of interviews, coached managers on successfully recruiting the best candidates for the job and led training sessions on successful interviewing skills.
